Climate change is no joke and many celebrities and politicians are warning the public about the effects of climate change as well as to help raise awareness on the issue.
And over in Nordborg, Denmark, the world’s first public storm simulator has been launched in Universe Science Park. These simulators named Beat the Storm allow people to experience an up to a category two hurricane that has winds of over 160 km per hour. The studio said that their goal has always been making science fun and in doing so they allow visitors to explore the wind and raise interest about this element of nature. Upon entering the simulator, you will be blasted with powerful wind and you have a task which is to reach the end of the hall and hit a button, then you get to beat the storm.
This simulator looks really fun so if you’re ever in Madrid, go check it out!
