And science has research to back this up.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a study published in the Endocrine Society&#8217;s journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, eating a big breakfast rather than a large dinner can reduce obesity and high blood sugar! Other than that, the research also found out that eating a large breakfast creates twice as high diet-induced thermogenesis as the same meal consumed for dinner. Meaning eating more at breakfast helps burn twice as many calories. In contrast, eating a low calorie breakfast will increase your appetite and cravings for sweets. Hence, it&#8217;s better to just go big at breakfast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And never forget that it is important to not skip breakfast.
