They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And science has research to back this up.

According to a study published in the Endocrine Society’s journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, eating a big breakfast rather than a large dinner can reduce obesity and high blood sugar! Other than that, the research also found out that eating a large breakfast creates twice as high diet-induced thermogenesis as the same meal consumed for dinner. Meaning eating more at breakfast helps burn twice as many calories. In contrast, eating a low calorie breakfast will increase your appetite and cravings for sweets. Hence, it’s better to just go big at breakfast.

And never forget that it is important to not skip breakfast. You can have a late breakfast but never ever skip it.
